ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We stayed there for a week and could not have been happier. The location is perfect, the rooms are very pretty with modern finishes and a beach theme, the pool is stunning and the grounds are beautiful. What impressed me the most was the customer service from start to finish. Let me explain:
• It was easy to reserve on their website and they do not require specific check in days
• When it came close to the trip, they sent me a link to their app and all details were always in my phone for easy access
• When we arrived, the check in procedure was simple
• With this being new construction, plus the humid weather, there was a slight issue with our door not closing easily. With a smile they promised it would be fixed and sent me a text within a few hours saying it was fixed.
• We had a gold cart rental delivered. As soon as it was there, I received a text and a call. (They didn’t have to do that but really showed how much they care about the guests!)
• The staff was always walking around straightening the chairs, ensuring the activities were set up (cornhole boards, chess game, etc.) and asking everyone how they were doing.
• Our flight left late in the day so they graciously stored our luggage so we could hit the pool and grab lunch.
• They made check out a breeze and we were able to sit in an air-conditioned lobby to watch TV while we waited for our Uber.
Only thing we were sad about was leaving. We can’t wait to come back. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay special!
