About Anna Maria Island

The closest trolley location to take you south is on the left side of the entrance to the resort.

You don’t necessarily need a car on AMI. There is a free trolley that can take you around the whole island and there are lots of shopping plazas and restaurants in walking distance as well. A nice way to get around the island is also a golf cart or bikes that are available to rent through AMI Adventure Rentals.

Beach Bistro is the closest restaurant and is located on the beach, so you get great views while you eat! We also suggest heading to Marina Drive, where you can find the Island Grill, Duffey’s Tavern, The Ugly Grouper, and The Feast.
