About the Anna Maria Beach Resort

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made prior to 60 days from arrival date will receive a refund minus one nights rent plus tax. Cancellations made within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. You can view our full Terms and Conditions here.

Do I need travel insurance?

We offer optional travel insurance through Generali Global Assistance. We recommend travel protection to cover any unexpected circumstances that may threaten your Anna Maria Island getaway. If you are interested in this coverage, additional information can be found here.

What time is check-in and checkout?

Check-in is at 4:00 pm. Checkout is at 10:00 am.

Are early check-ins and late checkouts available?

We will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals and late departures but cannot guarantee them. Please inquire with our front desk for more information upon arrival or during your stay.

Is the resort beachfront?

Yes!

What beach is the resort on?

The resort is in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island.

What rooms are the closest to the beach?

The Oceanfront 1 Bedroom King Suite and Oceanfront Luxury 1 Bedroom Suite are the closest to the beach. All rooms offer either beach or pool views.

Can I bring more than one car?

Due to limited parking, we can only accommodate 1 car per reservation. We cannot guarantee additional parking passes during your stay.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, the pool is heated. There is also a hot tub.

What are the pool hours?

The pool is open daily from 8:00 am – 10:00 pm.

Does the resort have a bar or restaurant?

No, our resort does not have an onsite bar or restaurant. There are multiple options nearby. Here are a few of our favorite bars.

Is breakfast included?

No, breakfast is not offered. There are multiple restaurants nearby that serve breakfast.

Is there coffee and tea in the rooms?

Yes, there is a Keurig coffee maker in every room, and we provide fresh coffee pods daily. We do not offer tea in the rooms.

Are beach chairs and umbrellas provided?

Yes, beach loungers and umbrellas are provided and available on a first come, first served basis.

Is the resort family-friendly?

Yes! Anna Maria Beach Resort was designed for all types of vacations!

Are there bikes at the resort?

We do offer complimentary bikes with locks and helmets – available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Is there an elevator?

No, there is no elevator. The resort is only 2 floors.

Are there laundry facilities at the resort?

No. There is a laundromat nearby at the Island Shopping Center, less than 5 minutes from the resort.

Can I park a boat trailer at the resort?

No, we cannot accommodate any trailer parking at the resort.

Is the resort pet-friendly?

No, but there are local businesses on Anna Maria Island that offer pet boarding.

Where is the closest trolley location?

The closest trolley location to take you south is on the left side of the resort entrance.

Do I need a car when visiting Anna Maria Island?

You don’t necessarily need a car on AMI. There is a free trolley system that serves the whole island and many shopping and dining options within walking distance of the resort. You may also consider renting bikes during your stay.

What are the closest restaurants to the resort?

Beach Bistro is the closest restaurant to the resort. Island Grill, Duffey’s Tavern, The Ugly Grouper, and The Feast are also nearby.
