To me this is more like a mini-resort….it has everything a resort would have, EXCEPT for a restaurant and tons of resort people claiming the pool chairs with their towels. lol. Course I can’t vouch for “the season” but my three day visit was very comfortable with no crowds. Easy check in process with the texting of keypad passwords to get into the rooms. We tried the unique suite over the office called the “Anna Maria Luxury Suite (AMLS)” and it is the biggest suite I believe with one separate king bedroom like the regular suites, but…. with TWO bathrooms and TWO beautiful leather couches in the living room. It does also have a full kitchen with lovely brand new Bosch appliances with all the dishes, a makeup table in the master ensuite bathroom with two separated sinks and a lovely HUGE shower with a rain shower head. The other guest bathroom has a tub/shower and one sink and is located in the hallway for guests and those using the sofa bed. I do hope others have an easier time of moving the large glass coffee table to use the sofa bed though as it would take muscles. It is a large sofa bed. The location of this motel is ideal with plenty of restaurant options within a short driving distance. None walking though. It is lovely to have the motel supply chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, cornhole games, an outside lifesize chess game and a lovely tiki hut with four bar stools underneath for playing games and getting out of the sun. Don’t forget the 8 chairs around a fire pit when the nights get cooler. Besides plenty of new pool chairs, there are several lovely couches with comfy cushions and pillows for relaxing to the side of the pool anytime you want. Audra and all the staff are so helpful and friendly and feel like family. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property which is nice. No pets allowed either. The TV has tons of stations and there was a TV in the living room and bedroom. Lots of toiletries provided. This motel is on a very quiet part of the island and right on the beach. What more could you want? You won’t want to leave this resort or go anywhere else to stay again. Everything is brand new and just feels like home !
