You can also try land options like the pork tenderloin or vegetarian specialties like the pasta primavera.

Rod and Reel Pier
A mainstay of Anna Maria Island since 1947, Rod and Reel Pier is one of the best casual family dining spots in the area. If you are grabbing lunch or dinner, try one of their Island salads, seafood platters, tacos, or sandwiches and wraps. Be sure to stop by in person one hot day to pick up some Edy’s hand-dipped ice cream!

Beach House Waterfront Restaurant
Beach House provides the perfect combination of delectable food and environmental consciousness. Located in Holmes Beach in the middle of Anna Maria Island, Publix Super Market has everything you need for a great dinner or for keeping snacks in your rental. Check their website for the weekly ad and digital coupons to make your budget go even further! You can choose to get some ingredients to make your own dinner or pick up a ready-made sub from the deli. You can either head to Publix yourself for an in-store or curbside pickup, or you can have your groceries delivered to your rental thanks to Instacart!

Walmart Grocery Pickup
Another convenient option for all of your grocery needs is the local Walmart. Whether you need snacks for movie night, ingredients for breakfast, or items for the beach such as sunscreen or a hat, you can easily place an order through Walmart’s website or smartphone app. Then, simply head over to Walmart at a time you select, and the friendly staff will bring your order right out to your car! It’s never been faster or more convenient to get your groceries, and if it happens that the store is out of something you request, they will swap it out for a similar item. If the item you receive costs more than what you requested, you don’t have to pay the difference!
