I can’t say enough good things about the Anna Maria Beach Resort! The resort has just recently opened so everything is new. My husband and I stayed there last weekend. The rooms have the feel of a high end hotel. There is a small kitchenette in the rooms – full sized fridge, microwave, sink, toaster and coffee maker. The bathroom was a bit small but that wasn’t a big deal. Each room has a nice porch or balcony. The pool area is beautiful! Large pool with plenty of chairs and a hot tub. The area is lushly landscaped. If you haven’t been to Anna Maria Island before the beach is spectacular – some of the best in the state. There are plenty of beach chairs as well just for guests. This is not a large complex so you won’t feel overcrowded – instead it feels like a private resort. We had such a wonderful experience that we definitely plan to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone planking to visit the area or are looking for a great weekend get away.
