From the very first phone call with Cali ( reservation center) i knew i had made the right decision. The resort was not completed at the time i booked my stay. So i was a tad nervous for several reasons. She reassured me and made me feel so comfortable and confident. She was very informative about not only the resort but the island as well. We arrived late (after the office closed) and getting into the room easy as i had the pass code to the key-less entry room. The room was absolutely beautiful!!! Brand new EVERYTHING and so spotless! It was dark outside when we arrived , so we were looking forward to the morning:) Needless to say we were NOT disappointed in the morning. It was breathtaking! The pool was beautiful, landscaping was perfectly manicured. We were very close to the beach, not crowded at all. Lydia and her staff were so sweet and happy all the time 🙂 They took very good care of our room. Kelsey ( front desk) was a gem!! Her customer service was above and beyond. She was always available and provided essential information about the island. She was extremely knowledgeable!
Even the other guests at Anna Maria Island Resort were so friendly:)
We cannot wait to come back!!
